Before committing yourself to any of the beauty treatments and services that I provide as part of my mobile beauty salon service please read and fully understand the following terms and conditions:

Your Health and my duty of care to you

Please inform me of any allergies or health conditions you may have, this includes pregnancy. This information will assist me in providing you with suitable and safe treatments.

Please note some treatments will require a patch test 24 hours before the treatment e.g. eye brow/lash tints, perms, treatments . If you suffer from any kind of adverse effects after applying the patch test then I will not be able to provide the requested treatment.

Your health is also my concern so that I can ensure you are safe and well after receiving one of my beauty treatments.

Mobile Beauty Therapy service

As part of the service I provide I will ensure that all my equipment/sundries are appropriate for each treatment. I request that you the client ensure there is ample space for me to work in, particularly if a treatment requires the use of a massage table or large equipment. I will provide wipes and towels to ensure cleanliness is maintained.

Payments and Deposits

All payments are excepted in cash (British Pound Sterling), at this moment in time I do not accept card payments.

Due to the nature of my mobile beauty therapy business a minimum spend for each beauty session of £15 in Nuneaton and £20 outside of Nuneaton may be applicable.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

I request that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment otherwise the full cost of treatment will still apply.

This cancellation policy also applies if the appointment is cancelled when I arrive at the agreed location of where the beauty therapy session will take place and if the beauty therapy session is cancelled whilst still in progress.
